New Cuba PAC is a non-partisan, federal Political Action Committee established to support federal candidates who champion legislation focused on helping the Cuban people and advancing the national interests of the United States through the lifting of trade and travel restrictions on Cuba.

Contributions or gifts to New Cuba PAC are not tax deductible. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

Voluntary donations can be accepted from any U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. The New Cuba PAC is registered with the Federal Elections Commission, and all of its filings will be made available as required by law on the FEC's website www.fec.gov. 

Individual donors can contribute up to $5,000 per year. Donor's names and addresses will be collected for any donations as required by law, and individuals donating more than $200 in one year will also have to specify their occupation and name of employer (if employed). Donations to the New Cuba PAC are not tax-deductible.
